Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant (EA) I have always served as the right hand to CEOs and CFOs, or other high-level managers. My role involves a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Confidentiality and discretion are part of my profesional life to handle sensitive information.

Travel Manager

I am responsible for overseeing my organization's travel arrangements, ensuring that travel policies are compliant and cost-effective. I am proud of having implemented new processes and systems to streamline travel management and improve efficiency.

Event Manager

I am responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. I have developed strong organisational and project management skills. My main responsibilities will include budget and vendor management, logistic coordination, on-site event management, post event follow-up.

Team Builder

I assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive team environment. I am a lover of promoting a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and accountability within the team.
